Like any business, Gym Pros offers returns or exchanges on most purchases. Customers can
return the product and receive a refund or store credit depending on the product purchased.
Below we have outlined the steps to return a purchase and what qualifies for returns.
What does not qualify for returns or exchanges?
New Commerical Special Ordered Products
All special ordered brand new commercial-grade products from Life Fitness, Cybex, StairMaster,
Precor, Star Trac, Muscle D, Schwinn, and True are not eligible for cancellation and/or return.
Commercial products are made to order, unlike residential products that are mass-produced.
Customers who purchase and receive delivery of their commercial equipment do not qualify for
returns or exchanges. Manufacturers allow for a grace period while the product is being
manufactured, enabling the customer to cancel the purchase. A 30% cancellation fee will be
applied. Gym Pros does not keep this 30% cancellation fee and acts as a broker between the
manufacturer and the buyer, fees go directly to the manufacturer, and we cannot reduce or
waive these fees.
Custom or Special Ordered Remanufactured Equipment
All special ordered remanufactured equipment is not eligible for cancellation and/or return.
These purchases are tailored to the customer and do not qualify for resale without extensive
modifications. For this reason, special ordered remanufactured equipment is final sale and does
not qualify for returns or exchanges. Gym Pros offers a grace period while the product is being
remanufactured, allowing the customer to cancel the purchase. The customer will be
responsible for a 30% cancellation fee. If the product has undergone any special modifications
to the exterior, such as custom paint, an additional 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
Demos and Clearance Products
Gym Pros will offer demos, open box products, and special clearance from time to time. These
purchases are final sales and cannot qualify for refunds or exchanges. The product qualifies for
repair through Gym Pros. If your product arrived non-operational (excluding freight damage),
please contact us at support@gympros.com for assistance.
Products Damaged in Transit
Shipments delivered with freight damage do not qualify for a full refund and are subject to the
same cancellation fees as any other product. If your shipment arrived damaged, please follow
the steps listed in our Lost and Damage (<– Make this a clickable link to that page) self-help
page. An automatic 30% cancellation fee plus shipping fees will be deducted from your refund if
you refuse delivery.
As-Is Condition Equipment Residential and Commercial Equipment
As-is equipment is a product that has not been inspected or tested. We have not made any
adjustments or modifications. All sales are final and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
All Purchases and any deposit in this category “Used As Is ” that has been paid for and received will be non refundable unless cancelled in writing to support@gympros.com within 24 hour notice from date of invoice.
These Sales are Final for As Is Commercial Deals and does not qualify for Refund.
What qualifies for return or exchanges?
Gym Pros offers a 30 Day Trial period on Refurbished and Brand New Items Purchased. Customers who wish to return their purchase are
responsible for a 30% restocking fee and procuring their own shipping company for shipping, insurance, and handling.
All residential and remanufactured pre-owned fitness equipment qualifies for return or
exchange. Customers have a 30-day trial period that starts on the day of delivery to return their
purchase. Once the trial period expires, the purchase no longer qualifies for return or exchange
no exceptions.
Any customer within their trial period who would like to return their product must follow these
simple steps:
1) Customer must request a return RA #
2) Product must be packaged back in its original packaging
3) Customer must return freight to our GymPros location.
4) Customers must Find thier own Local Carrier to Procur all Returns
Once these three steps are completed and the product is returned to GymPros, customers can
receive their refund, less restocking, and shipping (if applicable) – it’s that simple!
Again please note: Customers that pay to have their product installed will not receive a refund
for the installation and will have to pay to have the machine removed if they can not bring the
product to the freight carrier for return. Please ask Customer Service for details.
Obtain an RMA number from Customer Service within 30 days of delivery.
Return all fitness equipment in the original packaging in good condition to GymPros location.
Prepay and insure return freight.
Ship the equipment back to the warehouse instructed on the RMA within ten days of receiving
this RMA number and information.
Once GymPros receives the equipment, you will receive your refund less shipping and
restocking(if applicable)
Please note that customers must retain the original packing material for at least 30 days if the
unit needs to be returned. Suppose you do not have the original packaging the product no
longer qualifies for returns or exchanges. Products must be returned in new and unworn
condition, with all original packaging, tags, manufacturer paperwork, and certificates of
authenticity. Any products returned without their original packaging and documentation will be
rejected. Refund does not include shipping, delivery, and assembly charges. Returns can be
received Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Refused shipments are subject
to a 30% restocking fee, and customers will be responsible for shipping charges both ways
