Hoist Fitness Glute Thrust
CF-3416
The HOIST® Glute Thrust safely and securely positions users to perform a dynamic hip thrust exercise, isolating glutes to build power and core stability through a strong hip bridge motion. Excellent biomechanics built into HOIST’s® patented 4-Bar support system, keeps users knees bent, limiting the engagement of the quadriceps to fully engage the glutes. An oversized, adjustable pad that rests comfortably over the user’s hips, ensures proper positioning for a safe and stable workout – eliminating dangerous hacks employed by some gym members for this exercise. Sealed ball-bearing pivots provide a smooth and quiet motion for users on this unique machine. High Impact Polypropylene covered weight horns protect the frame and reduce noise, while keeping your facility more organized.
