Description
The Cybex 620 Arc Trainer is very versatile machine that can be likened to three other types of gym equipment. It can be similar to a cross country skier when its incline level is set to low; an elliptical trainer when the incline level is in the mid-range, and a stepper or climber at high levels. Being a three-in-one machine, the 620 Arc Trainer is ideal for people who want to lose weight, improve their cardio vascular endurance, and build up their strength. Whatever fitness goals you have in mind, the Cybex 620 Arc Trainer can help you achieve them.

The Cybex 620 has similarities with two other Cybex models, the 610A and 750AT Arc Trainer. Like the Cybex 610A, the 620 is a kind of gym equipment that can serve as an elliptical trainer, stepper or climber, and cross country skier depending on the level of resistance. Like the 750AT Arc Trainer, the Cybex 620 allows its users to ‘glide’, ‘stride’ and ‘climb’ depending on the incline and resistance ranges. Like the 750AT and the 610A, the Cybex 620 Arc Trainer can accommodate individuals who weigh 400 pounds and lower. But there are also differences amongst the three models of gym equipment. The Cybex 620 does not have its manufacturer’s patented Same Side Forward (SSF) technology, something that the 750AT and the 610A have. Still it cannot be argued that the Cybex 620 Arc Trainer is an affordable and highly-functional gym equipment that appeals to casual gym goers.
